Come on out on Thanksgiving Day and participate in the Cohoes 51st Annual Turkey Trot! Rain or shine, come participate in this holiday tradition. A wonderful opportunity for the whole family to enjoy a great outing together, create memories and answer the question, “Can you beat FLASH?”.

Time: 9:30am

Registration Fee: FREE, Shirts are $12

Length: 3.5 Miles

Kids Races: 8:30am

  • Intermediates: 1 mile Boys and Girls (age 11-13)
  • Juniors: 1/2 mile Boys and Girls (age 8-10)
  • Biddies: 1/4 mile Boys and Girls (ages 5-7)
  • Pee Wee: Boys and Girls (ages 4 and under)

3.5 Mile Walk / Run: 9:30am

  • Men’s and Women’s – High School boys and girls (ages 18 and under)
  • Men’s and Women’s Open (ages 30-39)
  • Sub-Masters (ages 30-39)
  • Masters (ages 40-49)
  • Veterans (ages 50-59)
  • Seniors (ages 60-69)
  • Super Seniors (ages 70+)

Packet Pick up is on Monday, November 24, 2014 from 12 noon – 6pm at the Cohoes Visitor’s Center at 58 Remsen Street. We’ll see you at the Cohoes 51st Annual Turkey Trot!

Cohoes FallsCohoes now offers residents and visitors not one, but two view points from which to look at the spectacular Cohoes Falls.

(By the way, we never get tired of telling potential residents of the Lofts at Harmony Mills that several of our apartments have a view of the Falls and most apartments can hear the Falls.)

Cohoes Falls is one of the largest waterfalls east of the Rocky Mountains and is second in size only to Niagara Falls.
